Shipping. Orders are processed and shipped from within the United States. Tracking is provided once your order ships. We ship discreetly and do not disclose product contents on the exterior packaging.
Returns. Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened products. If a product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund of the affected item.
