Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from within the United States. You will receive tracking once your order ships. We ship discreetly and do not disclose product contents on the exterior of the package. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Returns

Because of the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened products. If a product arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund of the affected item.
